Product description
The container rotating loader JGM781CR32KN is optimized based on Jingong 40-ton block handler JGM781FT42. With the container's 360-degree rotating attachment, the fork is inserted into the fork hole of the 20-foot container on the flatbed. Lift the boom horizontally to let the container level out of the flatbed. The fully loaded container is then transported to the freight yard, and the forks are lifted to a height of 3710mm. The container can be rotated 360 degrees, and the bulk cargo (coal, mineral powder, steel slag, grain, etc.) can be dumped from the side or top of the container. Finally, the empty container can be restored to the flatbed truck to achieve a 20-foot container bulk cargo weight. The container can be dumped quickly and safely; it can also hold the container tightly, lift the container, and rotate it to the angle required for the operation so that the loading equipment can load the container, and the procedure is simple and flexible.
The rotary motor adopts imported dual motors, and the rotary torque and braking force are tremendous.
Performance characteristics
The rotary hydraulic system adopts the dual-pump confluence technology to achieve rapid rotation at no-load and improve work efficiency.
The rotary hydraulic system is equipped with a balanced valve to prevent rapid rotation under the action of gravity.
The rotary pump of the rotary hydraulic system adopts a high-pressure plunger pump, and the system pressure can reach 30Mpa.
The three-pump confluence is adopted in lifting the working device, and the working efficiency is high.
The service braking system adopts a fully hydraulic braking system, and the braking components are imported from the United States, and the braking is safe and reliable.
The parking brake system adopts the spring brake hydraulic release brake cylinder, and the braking torque is large.
The braking system has an automatic emergency braking function for parking at low pressure.
The rotating and fixed parts of the rotating device are additionally provided with supporting pins for safety protection.
The transmission adopts the electronically controlled 8-ton transmission with four fixed shafts in the front and rear. The torque converter and transmission are arranged separately, which is convenient for maintenance.
The drive axle adopts the heavy-duty 8-ton drive axle.
This model adopts a forward-rotating eight-link working device, which has better translation performance than a reverse-rotating six-link working device.
A front-view camera is installed to facilitate alignment of the jack when fork-loading containers and to observe the road ahead when the vehicle is empty.
