In 2019, Zhang Dabin into Jingong machinery, as a chief craftsman, mainly engaged in NC robot programming, and fixture design and manufacturing. He would not allow himself to produce a single piece of waste product, even though the company had prepared many raw materials.

"I value every product so much that if the machine breaks down and there aren't enough raw materials, I won't be able to deliver it to the customer on time." Zhang said.

Zhang Dabin has been paying attention to improving the accuracy of his products since he started his career. He said that the diameter of a hair is about 0.08 mm, and the error range of his products should be controlled within 0.01 mm, his job is to keep up with the 0.01 mm.

Zhang Dabin was the first employee in Quanzhou to win the second prize in the final of the 8th National Numerical Control Skills Competition.
